		<description>Offering mobile service from the git go, that is, without first having an account with and initially going through, for example, Verizon, at considerable cost for  many minutes/month, would be wonderful. The other services it offers would be just the icing on the cake for me. I'm retired, and would very much like a much less expensive VOIP mobile service. Also, I already have and like Grand Central.
