From a developer's standpoint, we already have too many : Brew, J2ME, Windows Mobile, Symbian, Linux ... HTC, which was the second historical manufacturer of Windows mobile phones after Sagem, is now going to play Android against Windows Mobile ! The confusion does not necessarily benefit consumers or developers. Everyone seems so happy to have one more phone platform.
